During our previous service we were offered four LOF at a reduced price. With this being #2 od 4, savings was largely built in, making it sweeter.

I don't know Dave. I just met him today. But I can tell you this, he is a plus for your company. Conscientious, professional and outgoing. He was great to work with and is a reason for me to continue patronizing Firelands Toyota.
I'm retired. But during my work years I ran a service-oriented business. Five-hundred employees, a service area running from Toledo to north of Mansfield. Dave would be someone we would have loved to have on our team. His work ethic and efforts would have expanded our book of business.
