There was head drag on my rims from putting my tires back on and most importantly my oil was way over full. I'm not satisfied completely, but I like the videos and it wasn't Carlos who did that to my rims, I watched the other guy, heavier set blondish hair wearing red and black shirt.

I think I was charged way more than I should have been. The labor charges seemed really a lot-over $330 I think, and my car’s service and coolant flush was finished within an hour. So I looked up average charges are for what was done to my car, specific to a Toyota Prius V, and I am horrified at how much more I paid. I am now looking for somewhere else to take my car for servicing.

Service writer was excellent, only complaint I had was I told her not to wash my vehicle & it was on the service sheet, I came out to get in my vehicle & I noticed it was washed ! I only hand wash my vehicles !
