Service was excellent! Noah always does a great job and goes above and beyond to offer help in any way. Additional, the service technician was helpful in explaining the problem with the wireless charger. As far as whether I am “completely satisfied?” No, because the problem with the iPhone’s not being able to charge on the wireless charger seems like Toyota should offer a solution. Not Firelands Toyota’s fault. Just Toyota in general.
