While driving to Sandusky for a baseball tournament with my son, my air conditioning in my Toyota Sienna stopped blowing out cold air. I called Firelands while still on the road and John said he could try to fit me in the next day, even though I did not have an appointment ahead of time. The next day, I dropped my van off, and by 4:00, my air conditioning was cool as a cucumber on a HOT August day. My son and I were so happy! I’ve been having my car detailed here for years. They have always done an excellent job but not this time. The car was inadequately cleaned. My seats were sopping wet and the dash and backseat were not clean.
