Jamie is awesome. She actually took the time to contact me to keep me updated on the status of my parts and warranty approval.
She even got my JEEP right in … not even a Toyota. And this was my first time there, not an established customer. And the techs there are very knowledgeable

I had an appointment to get a simple fix on my tire. I called the parts department prior to see if they had the part they did. I contacted the service department we made the appointment when I got there. I waited an hour for them to tell me that they don’t have the part, so basically it was over two hours of my day that I wasted because it took me 30 minutes to drive there and 30 minutes to drive home. I wasn’t compensated for my lost time I was just simply told that they were sorry that’s extremely unacceptable.

Dropped the vehicle off at 10:25 for a 10:55 appointment. Was told it would be done by 12:00. Never received a call or text while in the area there about it being done or not, so drove back there around 12:40. Vehicle still wasn’t even taken in for the oil change yet at that point. Then was told my phone number wasn’t even attached to the work order, that they had the service manager’s name on it. But they did tell me they were working with a new computer system and trying to get that figured out. Was then told that the vehicle would be ready by 1:30. Drove back over there around 1:40 and saw it was in the shop, so that was fine. If not, I was going to have to get my keys back and leave because of work. Hopefully next time it will all go much smoother
