I didn't receive my inspection results until after I left. The service person was having difficulty with his iPad when I asked about it, and I didn't receive a text with the inspection results until later that day after I had left. According to the results, it looks like two of my air filters needed replaced. Had I known this before leaving, I would have liked to have had those replaced.

I came in for a regular service. Technician found the rear brakes needed pads. Got quote for the pads and agreed. Tech turned the rotors and they were then undersized, so quote needed revised. Service writer did a great job of communicating the need and agreed to revised quote. I think in the future if brake work is being done, go ahead and quote for pads and rotors, telling the customer the price will be less if they can turn the existing rotors. I understand and wasnt bothered. Someone else might be. Very satisfied with my service at Evans. Just making a recommendation. John is fun to work with.

The repairs took a while but the waiting area and refreshments made the wait more than tolerable. Massage chairs? Free snacks and a soda machine? You all did more than go the extra mile; you ran the race for me! Now if you could find a 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019, or 2021 Subaru Legacy with less than 70,000 miles, and a clean title, for $17000 or less, well, you would convince me that you are all made of pixie dust and unicorn horns :) Have a great weekend!

Usually when they are finished with the work a person will come and get me and explain what’s been done and what’s been found. No one came to get me, and no one explained what was going on with my car. I saw their text late since my phone was charging and when I checked out that’s all I did. They handed me a paper and said I was good to go, no explanation nothing.
