No issues with the people at Evans. My dissatisfaction is centered on the completeness of my recall repair on my first visit. Once the initial repair was complete it seems a final confirmation step was missing or skipped to verify the fuel gage reading was correct. Not a big deal but making a second visit was not planned. I will still consider Evans as my Toyota dealer.

I brought my car in because a low tire light came on. The service person said it would take 30-60 minutes. After sitting for 90 minutes I walked out to the service area. I didn’t see the person who checked me in but I saw my keys sitting on his desk. I was looking at my paperwork when another service person said he would help me. I can’t help but wonder how long my paperwork sat on a desk and how long I would have had to wait before the service person said my car was ready. Made me upset to think about the time I wasted because no one was covering that desk.

I'm not entirely sure why there's scheduled appointment times when it takes over an hour to complete. I checked in at 12:48 and we paid around 1:17. I find this ridiculous and unacceptable, especially with the prices charged. I also didn't receive and inspection report or any possible concerns regarding my car. Needless to say this was my last visit with Evans.

They did not takeoff the maintenance required soon thing off the speedometer. I will have to call you Monday and see why also, they did not stop the lane changing beeper and jerks it out of your hand steering wheel type. They had been asked to do both of those today.

Jeremy went above and beyond. Besides of keeping me updated on the status of my oil change, he brought the car up to the door so my handicapped friend (he has trouble walking and is very slow) didn't have to walk so far to get in the car. We really appreciated that!
