This was a terrible experience. When I made the appt for a new tire the woman offered me two types, either Michelin or Yokohama. I asked what it would cost for each and she had no idea. You can’t tell me what products and services cost? I made the appt for Yokohama and my wife went today to get the tire put on. You took her car, removed the tire, and then had no new tire to put on! Ridiculous service. You wasted her time going there. You wasted her time getting someone to watch the kids. You wasted the person’s time who watched the kids. You wasted my time typing this feedback.
