I told the service department that I had a 3/15 meeting 30 minutes away. My appointment was 1:00. I had to tell them I needed to go at 2:50 because they were still not done with my vehicle. I waited an additional 10 minutes in the parking lot and was late for my meeting. I think people make an appointment for a reason and the service team should respect people’s time.
