There are a couple things:
1) the intake form said fuel level was empty; it was mostly full.
2) I still hope to get a quote from Aidan about repairing my mirror.
Aidan was thorough, respectful, and knowledgeable. We’re looking to make a switch to Robert’s after being with Beaman for 44 years—always happy. But since we now live in Maury County, we’re hoping this will work for us. So far, you’ve met our expectations.

I asked to have an air leak repaired in the right rear tire. When the service was completed, I asked if the tire was repaired, tech said yes. I asked what the repair was, he said it was plugged. The tire is still losing air at the same rate.

Although we were completely satisfied with our experience we were there because of a service call the day before. The technician the day before failed to tighten the oil drain plug. I would think that there would be a double check on something of that importance.
Again the quick response to resolving the issue was great.

No need for contact. It took 2 hours for an oil change due to "severe technical difficulties". I had an appointment also and had to wait with the vehicle. The mechanic did apologize for the wait but I had not intended to spend 2 hours of my day waiting on an oil change.

William didn’t bring his truck to Roberts for his service. I am his wife and I brought his truck in. Now I’ve brought his truck there on one occasion before. So I’m not exactly sure on your protocol on your service work but I remember that I’m not supposed to park the truck in the lot but pull it in front of the bay doors. So with all of that being said I pull in and there is a nice young man helping the little older lady that was two cars ahead of me. So I walk inside and stop at the same desk I stopped at last time where a lady was sitting before. Not on Monday there was a man there and I could see he was clearly busy so I stood there quietly waiting for him to finish what he was doing. He never looked up from his computer didn’t even glance in my direction and said rudely they can check you in in there. I apologize and told him I’m sorry I’ve only been here once before for service. The man in the smaller office behind the desk was coming in the door from the shop and helped me quickly and was nice. But had my first impression of your dealership be judged on the first gentleman I would never return. I can understand being busy but you still need to be polite to your customers. I’m also glad I had been there before to know that you do have some friendly staff. The saddest part is I don’t know his name but I’m pretty certain that he is one of the managers in that department. As far as everything else it went well and I was done in less than a hour.
