I got a wheel alignment which I assume is fine. My steering wheel tilts way more left than it should. And it’s not a little left leaning which happens over time. Unsatisfactory completion for a small overlook from the team. Even the person who parked my car didn’t seem to notice it was off center a bit much.

Michael did a great job. The audio system amplifier failed. Fortunately I bought an extended platinum warranty that covered the cost. It appears that two other similar cases were addressed the same week. This is likely to be a recall issue.The insurer initially only approved a refurbished amplifier that also failed. Michael got approval for a new unit that corrected the problem.
