Drop truck off at 9:00am. Checked back in around 12:30pm and truck had not been touched. Only needed a multi-point inspection, tire rotation and check for weld spatter related to recall (was told there was no weld spatter so nothing needed done for this). I came back around 1:40 and let the guys know I would be waiting on premises for my truck to be finished. Michael was in pleasant to deal with. It should not have taken close to 5 hours for this minor stuff to be done.

I’ve had the same air pressure light in the dash every time I’m in for service. I mentioned to nice lady who booked my appt. And of course I forgot until I drove out of the lot.
So when you call me about the sun roof deflector I’ll hopefully remember to mention this mystery light that keeps turning back on. No air leaks were ever reported. Tires are 3 years old.
I’m sure you can check mileage at service to see how low drive distance has been.

The person who checked me in questioned why I brought it in and made me feel stupid. I have been using another location, but use Roberts today due to convenience. But I think I will go back to my previous place. Plus when I picked it up there was another issue that I returned for and he was was not helpful and told me to return in the morning. But google helped me fix it.
