I needed my front passenger door looked at. Apparently only one person could do that and he was called away. There's no guarantee anyone will be able to diagnose the problem when I drive an hour to get there.

Patrick was very nice. I just just have a suggestion for the dealership in general. When our services done, I think it would be a very nice customer service to drive our car up to the front when done. I’m an older lady and had to walk all the way to the back to get my car the last couple times I was there. It should be driven up to the front for me to just hop in not take a hike all the way to the back of your shop and look for my car

I would have liked for someone to tell what was wrong with my tire. I asked someone to check it because it was losing air and you did and you put a plug in it, which was awesome, but I would really like to know if there was a screw or nail in it or if they knew the cause. Everything else was good as far as I know. It does seem rather crazy that it takes 4 hours though. Thank you.

Always treated great. This time my vehicle didn’t get in on the scheduled day and I was never updated that we wouldn’t be getting the car back. By the time we checked service was closed and there was no way for us to get our keys. Always treated well, but if you can’t get the car in on the scheduled day, you need to call and ask if it’s ok to keep it over night or if the owner would like to pick it up and reschedule. Thankfully we found another workaround.
