Larry Fee displays customer service second to no one. I truly wish more businesses had employees with Larry’s work ethic. However, after having an oil change and tire rotation, I discovered one of my tires to be EXTREMELY low on air which clearly indicated it was never properly checked while my Tundra was serviced. Although, I was able to contact Larry and he assured me the issue would be addressed.

Cash was stolen out of my center console when I got my oil changed. It was there before I got my oil changed, and it was gone after my oil change. Maybe I shouldn’t leave cash in my car, but I’ve never had a poor experience with the dealership prior to this so I didn’t expect it to be an issue now. I called and spoke to someone shortly after I left the dealership and was told the service manager would give me a call but have not heard back yet.

I repeatedly requested that my windshield wiper fluid be refilled and I was repeatedly told “of course sir, we do that for everyone” but it was not done, this shows a lack of care for customers satisfaction on the part of your service team and a lack of moral character given I was obviously directed lied too.

Had an appointment at 10:30 and it was after 12:30 before my vehicle was ready. This was for an oil change and tire rotation only. People who came i to the waiting room quite a bit after me, were done way before my vehicle. I was in the waiting room with another woman who got there right before me and was only there for an oil change and they called me before her. We were the last two in the waiting area.

I just spent almost $3200 with y’all because all my brake lights were on on the dash and they all just came back on. The issue was already intermittent and they weren’t on when I dropped it off so this reeks of having a customer spend maximum money without even being sure of what’s wrong. I just spent over $3k for nothing. Forgive me but this is beyond frustrating.
