A 2 hour wait without any communication as of why it's taking so long is absolutely unacceptable. I realize things happen but you should value your customers time by asking them if they'd like to reschedule if they are not able to stay.

My schedule appointment was for 8:00 AM on May 18th. I arrived about 9 minutes early and was third in line to check in. I was told that the tune-up, etc would take 3-4 hours. I was asked if I was going to stay but replied that my wife was going to pick me up and I requested that they either call me or text me when finished so I can come back. At approximately 1:00 PM I called the Service Dept to ask the status of my vehicle. I was told it was not finished and the crew was just coming back from lunch. I was then asked “when do I need my vehicle?” I said asap as I was told it would only take 3-4 hours. I was then told that they had a lot of other vehicles in for servicing that they attended to first since I had not told the person who checked me in that I would like mine asap. I WAS THIRD IN LINE!! I didn’t think I needed to tell them ASAP as I was not asked. I finally received a call approximately 2:20 PM that my Highlander was ready to be picked up. I then had to fight traffic along HWY 31 South from Spring Hill (GM Plant shifts & school letting out) getting to Roberts almost at 3:40 PM. So I am slightly “miffed” at waiting an unusual amount of time for my vehicle to be serviced when I was informed it was going to take “around 3-4 hours” when I checked in.

I don’t believe the invoice was accurate. I left a message on Thursday and also sent a text and haven’t been contacted. The estimate was $288 and I had a $200 service credit plus a competitors coupon. I was invoiced $193.16 which doesn’t seem correct. It should have been around $95.
