You sell N2 tires, but have no N2 on-site! You have aftermarket products from Toyota you don’t have the tools to install! When you do work on a car you leave the radiator cap off the radiator and it just happened to be 24 degrees outside that saved the engine and litigation!

3 Things:
1) Staff was friendly and kept me updated on progress.
2) I had a 0930 appointment for what was billed as a 2.5hr job. Poor scheduling led to the only tech who could work on airbags being **** with another job. Job wasn't done until around 1300.
3) The trim around the cruise control stem was not properly seated and came off shortly after leaving the dealership.
