1. We have used your services 3 times. 1 $1800 and it took 4 times to fix correctly. 2nd time we came to get an oil change and tire balance. At that time we were told to get back breaks done.
When I scheduled the most recent fix to get this completed ($536 with added stuff saying this will fix it) I picked it up and car was still shaking. This was stated from the beginning. They never test drove the car. I called and had to come another day to drop my car off and get a rental. Again. Nice. Polite. We were told if we just cut the front rotors it would fix the shaking at $140. Then called on Thursday at 3pm that it will cost $2500 and its the torque converter in the transmission. We came early Friday morning to extend rental and have second opinion due to wrong diagnosis and amount of money.
2. I was working with rental ladies, excellent and my husband was working with pat. We usually work with Larry. Pat wanted to charge another $108 for another diagnosis. When my husband asked why, I walked in at this point and watched the whole thing. He, Pat, reran the paperwork, then SLAMMED the keys down and said here you go sir. My husband who is much more patient and kind, just picked them up and said thank you. Due to this we will never be back.
Rude and complete disrespect when y’all are in the wrong?
It has taken 2-4 times to fix and correct my car every time we bring it in.
