Personnel was nice and professional. Pay ahead and skip the wait. You still have to wait at the counter. The videos were terrible, not understandable, and what good is the video when the tech is not videoing the actual job. The paperwork already tells what the tech did.

The cost for 1-1/2 hours work was an unpleasant surprise! Especially for someone who tries to live on Social Security. We have all our service work done at Roberts, but we might need to find someone else for any further repairs .
