Every employee was super nice. Only problem with my maintenance visit was that my tire pressure was apparently not checked (3 were low) and the sensors had not been updated so I had to return to the dealership to get that corrected ; should have been done right the first time.

I brought my van in for a leak. An accurate “Multi-point Inspection” was NOT DONE ON THIS VISIT or the actual problem would have been noticed under the *under the vehicle - Fluid Leaks section of the inspection was marked in the green as if there was no problem. Something was fixed to the tune of $900+ but it did not resolve the leak *(it was actually an oil leak that was the problem) - which now will be an additional $900+ to fix that). I’m not sure that what was fixed first was even something that I would have fixed or if it even “needed” to be fixed. I have 6 Toyota vehicles and I am constantly a part of this service department. I never have doubted the suggested service recommendations given until this point.
