I got in the car and drove home, I noticed inside of the car the floor mats were not even vacuumed, even though they were not very dirty.
I vacuumed inside the car myself.
I shoul remind you my wife has a Mercedes ( even though it is an older model) any time I bring it for service, when I get it back The car shines and so clean.
May be you should bring this as a reminder to your service department.
