I was quoted 1.5 hours and waited approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes ish.
I did not appreciate the demeanor of the service tech when I inquired respectfully as to the eta at the 2 hour mark.
He said, “soon” to which I asked may I get an eta on the “soon”.
He replied that he was working during his lunch, which I appreciate but then proceeded to say that I don’t need to get upset.
I was not upset & I did NOT appreciate that at all. Whether he worked through lunch is something he should handle with his supervisor & not with me.

Ali was a bit rude and condescending. Because of this, I lost trust in his recommendations. At 4:15 pm (LA traffic) he asked how fast I could get there because the repairs were done and he wouldn’t authorize the loaner car for another day, which was covered under by Lexus Roadside Assistance plan. He threatened to charge me $70 per day if I didn’t get there before closing.
This is very different from the great service at other Lexus locations
