Side note:
Although my car was not serviced perfectly by the mechanic this time (I had to return a few minutes after picking up my car due to a issue arising from my brake service), Anthony and the foreman were very quick to respond to the brake issue- and I really appreciated it.
Anthony always is a pleasure to work with!

I was quoted almost $6500 for my car to be fixed. I went to Lexus of Beverly Hills for a second opinion and am now getting my car fix for less than $1800. I am not sure why Keyes felt like they could charge an absurd amount for me to get my car fix, but I will absolutely never be back. What a rip off. You should be ashamed for trying to take advantage of people.

I brought my vehicle in on Tuesday but was not able to pick it up until Monday. Initially, the delay was due to the wrong part being delivered on Wednesday. Was then informed the right parts were not going to be delivered until Friday. Did not hear about the repairs again. Tried calling a few times but no one picked up when I selected the option to speak to someone who can tell me about the status of my repair. The service rep who took my vehicle in was out sick and as a result, no one got back to me even though the vehicle was likely finished before Monday. I had to call the operator on Monday who initially told me they were still waiting on the part before my rep called me to let me know the vehicle was ready. Not the kind of service I am used to receiving from Keyes Lexus. There should be a back up person when the intake rep is out on sick leave.

I drove my car for the first time today, other than the night I picked up my car. I go to put on my sunglasses and they are not there. Then I look down to where my coin tray is and all my quarters have been taken too. I cannot believe that while my car is in service with you, items are being stolen from my vehicle. As a long time Lexus owner, and one who always gets the car serviced at Lexus - this is the first time theft has occurred.
Someone from Keyes needs to make this right. This is not okay.
