For my 1st service, Andy did not follow through to verify that I had a service package. I instead was charged over $700! When I told that to the next person at the 2nd service appt, he acknowledged the mistake, but took 2 from my service package! No refund, and now I wasted a service. Not happy at all

I don’t need to talk to anyone. I waited too long for my car. I was told it was being washed and ended up waiting 30 minutes until I decided to check on the status. The car was done for some time. No one alerted me. I found my representative and he was eating.
