My service advisor was nice and friendly. Service was fast. When they pulled my car and I was about to get in, I noticed the they removed the rubber mat and the carpet was so dirty… like muddy all over. My carpet is tan colored so you can see it right away. The guy that pulled my car was saying that it was the car wash guys who had the dirty shoes. I understand that they have to remove it for safety reasons but they should put some kind of paper liner to protect the carpet. I’ve seen other dealers use them to avoid ruining the carpet. Also, It’s my first service appointment at Lexus, when I called and made an appointment, I asked the person I spoke to if you offer a shuttle or an Uber/Lyft.. she said no that you no longer do that. I had to ask a friend to pick me up at the dealer after I dropped my car off. My service advisory Tony was very kind enough to inform me that you do offer Lyft. I do not like complaining but I hope this will help educate and improve the quality of service.
