I came in to get my defective radio unit replaced on warranty. However I was told it was done and I drove 40 miles / 80 mile round trip to pick up my car. However when I came to pick it up the unit did not work properly and it had to stay another night to fix it. The tech forgot to complete a step. So I had to go back without my car. I continue to have bad experiences from my 10,000 mile service, to my 15k service not getting a car wash, to my radio replacement not being ready when stated. Would like my 25k and 30k service comped given the continued miscues and given that I purchased the car from your dealership.

While the service is excellent, I feel the service center schedules too many appointments leading to us having to use the rental car option. This means a return visit to the center and all the headache that goes with it. Please align your available appointments with capacity at the service center.

My car was just given tire inspection for 5k service. They did not change my oil on my newly bought certified NX 300 which came with two year service like the brand new ones. I have other Lexus that I take to Keys for service and it’s always oil change for every 5k miles. On my Ct200 it’s every 5k miles oil change on synthetic 0/20 oil. I was confused when Ali said synthetic oil is every 10k service.
