Bill was fantastic. I would look forward to working with him again. However, the lack of coffee in the waiting area was not up to Lexus standards. VERY disappointed.

It took two and a half days to get "warranty approval" from Lexus to cover a tire that was clearly worn out. This is unacceptable. Recently I was at another Lexus dealership, and they did a full 25,000 mile servicing AND got tire warranty and replaced a tire within 5 hours.
