Very unhappy for the bad service, I took my car because the undercover of the sunroof is broken, I took my car on a Saturday it was siting there for the whole week until Friday when my service advisor call me saying the they couldn’t do nothing about it and if I wanted to have it inspected I needed to pay $900 dollars. I have bought warranty coverage and my service advisor didn’t even bother to call them. I feel they didn’t wanted to do the extra work.

Waited for 2 parts to be installed on my vehicle for almost 2 weeks. Moment I come to pick up my vehicle the window trim part that was suppose to be installed was missing and instead inside my passenger seat. Needed to wait for them to install to take it home. Prior to that, I had arrive 2 days after my car was “ready,” I get informed my paperwork wasn’t ready & needed to have the receptionist run to stop the rental people from closing to make sure I had a car to get home. Was not accommodated for the time wasted or being patient for the dealers mistake. I’m okay with returning but upset this had happened to me after being a loyal customer.
