In my opinion Ali is a great asset to Keyes Lexus. He listens to any issue or problem you have and takes his time to answer your question fully. I never felt like he was trying to rush me when trying to figure out any questions we had. He is very patient and made me feel he was going to take care of my car. He was very honest with his answers and I trusted his opinions and recommendations. I will definitely bring my car for my next scheduled service at Keyes Lexus Van Nuys.
