I was mostly, not completely satisfied. I was told that it would take a little over two hours and it took four. Had I known, I would’ve excepted the car loaner and went home. I missed a lot of a zoom meeting mainly because my headphones weren’t working, not a fault of Lexus of course, Which is why I did say I was completely satisfied because the service was great car looks great. I think we were ripped off by the cost of a tire ($380!!!!) and we should have been given options or suggestions. My wife was told the nail puncture could not be fixed - I would have told her to take it somewhere else for a second opinion - I think she was taken advantage of becsuse I wasn’t available to discuss the problem - now I do not trust your service dept with our needs because you are trying to make money before honestly solving the customer need. This is why we stuck with BMW Sherman oaks because they are honest and open about any maintenance or repair costs even if it doesn’t always come from them. They are conservative and don’t run immediately to an expensive solution. We have bought BMW for the past 20years - we gave Lexus a chance because we liked the value and quality of the car we bought and we liked our sales experience - but this is what I always fear when we go to a service department at a dealer. That cost for a tire is obscene and I fear there was an added warranty cost or undisclosed fee or maybe there was a less expensive alternative. These things were never discussed with my wife. I’m not happy about it. She went in for a routine maintenance and spent $380 on ONE tire. How does that happen?

I appreciated that I arrived 30 minutes late at 3:30 and Lexus was still able to do my oil service. However my usual service tech said he wasn’t available to help me because he had to leave in 2 minutes for his son’s birthday. Of course that would be okay. The only thing is that when I was leaving almost 2 hours later he was still in his office chatting with the very cute brunette who works at Lexus. This was a reminder that I have had difficulty reaching him and that caused my to service elsewhere for the last year. I also received a text asking me to pay the day after even though I paid that afternoon.
