I would have been a better experience for me if I was informed about the additional must have services at the very start. It was not recommended to me until the routine 30k maintance was completed. I ended up waiting for another hour or so for this. I would have managed my time better if I was told beforehand.

To start, Joe, was rude when I was assigned to him. Told Jamie I didn’t ever want to speak to him again. Ali was better. Listened to my concerns and did Jaime. They did what they could on the issue. Didn’t like that when I picked up the car that the ‘Maintenance Required’ msg hadn’t been cleared. Thats because, according to Jaime, that no service was performed. Even though I had spoke with Ali about a service we didn’t followup with anything that was really pressing beyond, what I read on three tier paper Ali gave me, was a fluids check and adding ‘conditioner’ to the oil and transmission fluid. Which I have never heard of and was never explained to me. Unfortunately I can tell a difference in the attitude and service at Keyes now that the full effect has taken over of transition from Howard Keyes ownership to Lithia. Definitely a difference when you don’t take care of your people the way Howard Keyes did. As I told Jamie, I will not be back to Keyes Lexus to service my vehicle, nor purchase a new vehicle in the future.
