Dear Sirs,
When I bought the car I purchased a maintenance contract for the car. I am retired so I only drive about 4,000 a year. The new key cost me $650! I wasn't able to apply any of my maintenance contract to the cost of the key. Whatever car I buy in the future I will certainly not be buying a maintenance contract with the car. Thanks for washing the car for me. It saved me a trip to the car wash.

I made an appointment to have my bumper repaired, then when I arrived I was informed you don’t do body work. I also do not understand why my pre-collision system completely failed when I needed it to work. Joe was very apathetic about my concerns when I dropped off my car.
