She always do a amazing job, very professional and as sweet as can be.

Check-in was excellent- just had to wait a few minutes for Anthony but that is understandable since he had a customer ahead of me - 10-15 min, no problem Had a busy afternoon & told him that I would be back to pick the car after 3 and before 5. He very kindly sent me a text about 1:30 telling me the car was done. I decided to go get the car immediately before traffic. I sent him a text that I was on my way. He most courtesy answered that he would have the car ready & out in front. In fact it was when I got to lot. I paid on line & waited for him: he was busy with a customer. I waited, and waited. He saw me through the window, and I waited some more. After an ample 20 min, I asked Nico, who was going to show me how to input the pin, to please get the key from Anthony who was still talking with that same customer. He said I should wait for Anthony. 20 min later - by now I had waited well over half an hour, and yes was late for a most important meeting - Nico asked me if I had paid, I said yes, and he said “oh let me get your key from Anthony then”. I said “that is what I asked you to do 20 min ago!”. He did not answer. He showed me the pin input in literally less than 2 min. Overall, I was there waiting for over 40-45 min, got stuck in the traffic I wanted/needed to avoid, and got to my meeting a good 20 min late. To add insult to injury, during the time I was waiting for Anthony to just hand me over my key, five of the six other colleagues of his were chitchatting & joking doing nothing (two of them even offered me water & chatted with me for a short while: it was early in the afternoon & they had no customer to attend yet … any of them could have checked that I paid & gotten my keys for me- none of them did). In brief, your check-out yesterday was unacceptably inefficient. You need to work on that. Btw - I never got the final write up of the service done on my car yesterday - I am still expecting Anthony to text/email me the pdf (so, in fact, my check-out is still not completed!)

I am 100% satisfied with my service I had with Danecia Dedeaux she was very professional timeframe. I was waiting was really fast. She was very punctual with her time very courteous she went above and beyond for my services I highly recommend her to family and friends. She's very friendly and make sure my expectations was met.
