The service cost a lot more than I had approved. Needless to say it was quite a surprise when I got there and found that the cost of the service was well over $1000 more than I said OK I find this very disturbing and they started out with just the $300 bill M I’m not sure that all of the other stuff Actually needed to be done

Please do not contact me about my experience. I normally see Anthony but Anthony was out and I got placed with Joe. He seemed nice enough at first but when the time came to discuss services, I declined what Joe suggested I needed and at that point I felt like he tossed me aside like trash. I didn’t even get follow up calls or status updates about my car even when he said he spoke to Anthony and basically gaslit me into believing there was a miscommunication between him and Anthony about my car. It took me having to call Keyes myself for them to tell me my car was ready. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and the only reason I settled for Joe is because my car wouldn’t start and I didn’t have a choice but to take it into the dealer right away. Hopefully doesn’t happen again.

The vehicles performance is not much diffrent than when the repairs were initiated., also the tires were not rotated and I don’t know what else was not done. You charge a lot of money for a supposed inspection and then you don’t even do what you preach. I am not satisfied.

There is a difference of 120 miles in gas compared to the first day I bought it.
