Exclusively take my Camry to you guys for an oil changes. Was told that there was damage/scratches to seals and or parts related to the oil change and a part needed replacing. I was a bit surprised that this was a part I was being billed for in the text review of the inspections. Had to bring it up with the technician and wasn’t till he checked my records and spoke with the mechanic that it was decided then you would cover it. Overall I’m glad you’re taking care of it but a double check of my service record could’ve avoided the situation. Appreciate the service just a comment on today’s appointment. Thank you
