Whoever first took my call and scheduled my appointment either didn’t listen to my request or is schooled to schedule an all points inspection and oil and filter change.
My request was the I had a check engine light and wanted it checked out, nothing else. When I received a VM from a service person he said my car was scheduled for an all points inspection and oil/filter change but no mention of the check engine light. There was a miscommunication somewhere.

Randy and Mike both helped so much. Our car problems became more complicated than we had hoped, but to be expected with an older model with high mileage.
Mike and Randy worked together with the rest of the Findlay Toyota Flagstaff team to give us the best possible service, take care of the work, and provide all of the information they could to help us as much as possible. They did an excellent job.
