Two hours of my time was wasted on an appointment I did not schedule for a key that had not arrived. I don't know who is to blame but it makes me wary to trust future interactions.

We waited 3 1/2 hours just for an oil change after we were told it was only going to be an 1 - 1 1/2 hour wait. ****, the employee who was helping us mentioned that they lost our vehicle in the back and that is why it took so long. How do you lose a bright orange vehicle, first of all. Not what I was expecting for my first oil change from Findlay Toyota.

I asked for air to be put in my tires because the low tire pressure light was on. I was told specifically that they would do that, including the spare because there is a sensor in it. When I left the low tire pressure light was still on and the spare tire was low.
