James is a no nonsense, not pushy service advisor. He explained what and why I needed the inspection before the repairs, as well as what repairs were needed after the inspection. The repairs were done sooner than I expected.

The service provider informed me that it may take 1-2 hours but after more time passed I asked when it would be completed. He notified me at that point it was taking longer than expected. It would have been nice to received a follow up with this info at some point. I believe it took almost 3+ hours to complete. I’m happy I had the vehicle serviced though :-)

Hi. My change oil was not reset it is still coming on. Hallie was awesome on helping us. She was great at communicating with me. Ishe did a great job.
I was told the sales representative told me no more bad surveys but this is why I do it. They need to be more thorough when they work on the vehicles. It takes time and money to go back and forth to fix what should have been done In The first place.
I had to have alignment corrected, after my shurts and driver side boot was replaced.
My check oil turns on still but I live 2 hours away, gas is too much to have back and have it reset
