The rep did not contact me until ready to leave. After two hours I had to find her. Very disappointed on customer service. I now have to come back to have additional service done which could have been done at time if I had been notified. 3 hours after I leave with my vehicle she text me my car is ready.

**** was professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Findlay to everyone I know. The only change I would have made to my experience was I would have included in the text directions to dropping off one’s car; such as; pull into service area and wait for attendant. I waited in a line for a few minutes before realizing there was no one in the cars in front of me. Thinking I was in the wrong line I went inside only to be directed to wait in my car which I did. Otherwise service was impeccable.

Everything was fine except I waited over two hours for an oil change and 10,000 mile inspection. Also, just remembered that the attendant in Service who moved my vehicle was wearing strong perfume, which lingered for about 15 min after I left. I am allergic to many fragrances. It was an unnecessary and uncomfortable annoyance
