Zachary was not exactly helpful when I took my van in. Let me sit in the waiting room for a few hours before I decided to tell him that I was going to rent a car and leave my van over the weekend. However, after he had finally had someone check it out, he was very conducive and friendly and let me know exactly what was going on and how much it was going to cost when I went to pick it up he was very courteous and polite, so just wanted to let you know Thank you for your service. Everything is always great at your shop. I’m only a little concerned because there’s been thing that have been diagnosed already, but my exit paperwork says “needs to be diagnosed” in my particular case: the windshield wiper fluid hose. I know and have been told by your service department exactly why and what needs to be done. I don’t want to pay for a diagnostic service. This isn’t my service manager’s fault but more confusing that there isn’t transferring info when I’ve only had my car serviced at Findlay Toyota in flagstaff. Not that this is going anywhere probably: but the diagnostic was that mice ate through the windshield wiper fluid hose.

Hallie did a great job and overall I was satisfied with the end results. My problem was that we got there at 9:45 and my car wasn't done until after 1:00. For the service being done, I felt that was a little too long. If I had known ahead of time that it would take that long, I could have made other arrangements.

My Service Rep was awesome, the service itself turned out to be not good. Technician didn’t tighten the oil pan plug and it leaked all over my driveway and made a mess on my engine. Upon returning to the dealership to have this fixed, they found a separate issue with the truck that was not previously identified in my original appointment that could have left me stranded.

**** was cordial and the work performed. Time taken for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection was from 9 am to about 2:30 pm. There wasn’t much communication in between. I kept busy in the nearby natural area, so not terribly concerned. This routine service did take much longer than expected.
