This experience was great! I was a walk-in and was able to get seen and service done quickly! James walked me through everything and made sure I knew what was needed. The shuttle service was quick and also a positive experience. I’m always a little nervous with dealerships given I’ve had past not great experiences but this was my first time at Findlay Flagstaff and it exceeded my expectations!

I was told my vehicle would be done at approx 12:15 at 12:00 I contacted them fir status and was told it would not be done until 2:00. I think I should have been contacted when they knew it would not be done when I was first told. I am sure they know before 12:00 that it would not be done. Otherwise all went well.

Picking up the truck, the service person couldn’t answer any questions of what was actually done during the service. He seemed off-put that he had to call the mechanics who couldn’t give me any answers either. Seems like my truck was washed a vacuumed at its 5k “service”. No answer on software updates, no mention of the gas recall and no answer on when I may get a 2nd FOB. I’m wondering if if need to go the PHX to get some actual service.
