Most of my visit was good except someone stepped on my driver side mat with muddy/wet shoes. My mat was completely clean when I dropped it off and then I had to steam clean my mats due to the mess left by toyota staff.

I called the number for setting up a service appointment the morning of Sept. 6 and was given a 3:30 appointment time based on a cancellation. However, when I arrived the reservation did not show in the Findlay system. I showed Zack my call history on my phone in setting up the appointment. Rather than simply saying no, Zack went out of his way to make sure that my car could still be serviced that afternoon. I am so appreciative. I am in Flagstaff from out of state dealing with a family emergency. Zack was calm and friendly and took great care of my car needs on a really tough day. Such a pleasure to work with a genuinely kind person who makes things happen. Again, I am so appreciative.
