I was quoted $79.95 for an oil change by the service scheduling person and ended up paying $115 and some change.

Everything was great, except no one could figure out how to remove the "Enter Pin" screen from popping up on the main display. This has nothing to do with the routine service that was provided, but is a software issue. The screen is pretty much un-usable with this issue and would like to continue to try to resolve it. Zach was terrible. From the moment I talked to him over the phone, to the time I left tge appointment he was rude and not helpful. He was not honest in multiple times. However, his supervisor over heard the conversation, came over to me and made things right. Despite a terrible experience with Zach I would return because of his supervisor offered good customer service
