The car was not washed after service. I thought that was customary. Other than that, great job and fast service.

My only reservation is the cost of the service project itself.
The labor cost ($400) was fixed prior to the work itself.
The time to do the work was about two hours. I would
prefer to be charged at an hourly rate (e.g., $100/hour)
times the actual number of hours, instead of some
arbitrary dollar amount set in advance.

Super disappointed. Purchased a used car for $24,000 less than six months ago and wasn’t real happy with the vehicle so I went to trade it back in and they would only give me $19,500. The fuel pump went out within six months and they could not even diagnose it. I had to figure it out myself and let them know what was wrong with it. It had to be pushed down the road to Honda for repair. Pretty embarrassing for Findlay.
