I told him I didn’t want any suggestions or extra upgrades or recommendations and instead of pushing me to get something extra he said he understood. Sometimes your associates are pushy and make me feel like it’s a decision that has to be made quickly or else the car will fall apart so I just appreciate him taking no for an answer and moving on politely.

My only disappointment was that I received a message at 1226pm that my truck would be ready in “30 minutes or less”. I arrived at the dealership at 1pm and was told it would be 10 more minutes. The truck was not ready for another hour. I had an appointment at 2pm and had to reschedule it due to your miscommunication. I would not have returned to the dealership if and went to my appointment if I hadn’t been told that the truck was about done. Please be aware of your time estimates in the future.

My son stated there is still one bolt missing.
This is unsatisfactory because the wrong parts were ordered on Day 1 inspection.
A total of three back-to-back trips were required for a total of 225 miles.
I request fuel reimbursement for three trips: Tuba City to Flagstaff.
