Several things - when I checked in and spoke with service person about the bulbs on car being replaced she told me it would be 180. When I told her I would have it done elsewhere , she said she would get the price down and would work with me. I left having paid 175. She told me it wbe about 1.5 hours to finish the lof and lights. I left and returned 1. 5 hours later and was told it would be 20 more minutes I didn't leave until noon. Almost 3 hours after leaving. Also, when I made the request to not move my mud mats, she told me they had to because people had sued Toyota believing there were evil spirits in the car. How outrageous. I simply accepted that the mats had to be moved. Finally, the car was not washed as I thought was the usual Findlay procedure and part of the high price of service.

Waiting time for my scheduled oil change service was long. Second, an empty oil quart container was found underneath the oil filter. I did not notice this until after a 250 mile road trip. My engine started squealing. Found out the squealing noise was related to the belts and pulleys chewing up the container. Fortunately, I did not have an Engine fire during this long road drive.
