I think you should provide complimentary cars when repair work extends into the following day and the owner of the car lives outside of Flagstaff. I also think you should have a car wash that accommodates a rack on a 4Runner. I miss having my car run through a wash after it has been in the shop. You no longer wash my vehicle. Just some suggestions.

James did a great job during my extended routine service time at Findlay due to a driver side front tire puncture that required a replacement tire ???? to match my Tacoma set up. He located a match at Discount Tire and had it installed! I also purchased a buy in bulk 5 X oil change service plan for my truck!
