My experience is that Findlay Toyota is a very well managed place of business. I have been there multiple times and every single time I get treated professionally courteously and kindly by all staff that I encounter. I have no issues with Hallie who did an excellent job! My issue is with 3 + hours I sat there for an oil change and tire rotation after having a reservation. It is not like I had no appointment!
