James Pellicciotti is an individual that cares about the customer. In 4.5 years I have been dealing with your company he has been the best representative of your company. He shows concern for the customer. I have been told by other Service Reps at Findlay that the Supra is a BMW product and if I don't like the service at Findlay I can go somewhere else.
