He shows concern for the customer. I have been told by other Service Reps at Findlay that the Supra is a BMW product and if I don't like the service at Findlay I can go somewhere else. Let your employees know that some vehicles are equipped with dash cameras and audio and they record all the lies and **** talking they do about the customer.
30 years purchasing only Toyotas and I’m considering going elsewhere and reporting to the BBB!
