The shuttle service needs improvement. There should be some way to make it more time efficient. Perhaps there should be 2 drivers during peak hours, especially in the morning when people need to get to work.

I complained about the breaks squealing when backing up. At first they said they couldn't make that happen for them. After they were done with the 5,000 checkup, he brought the truck out for me. As soon as he backed it up you could here the breaks squeal 100 feet away. He said it was a Toyota thing and they couldn't do anything about it. I think it's not cool everytime I back out of the driveway I have to here that. It's embarrassing to me, and doesn't look good on Toyota either. I know my truck was dirty. That's what he blamed it on. But I have hosed those breaks off with a pressure hose, and they still squeal. My wifes new Tacoma has also been covered with dust and dirty. Her breaks have never squealed. On a Tundra Facebook Page, others have had this problem addressed by their dealers, parts replaced, and problem solved. If this is a known problem, there should be a known cure. It's a Toyota, not a Chevy.

Randy handled my car service concern immediately and had the original assigned Service Rep contact me to refund my payment. There was an oversight at Findlay on my recent service visit. I was advised to install new spark plugs, when they were not needed. Upon my service visit yesterday 10/15/24 with my longstanding service location Tustin Toyota, it was discovered spark plugs were installed at 122,000 miles and were under warranty for 100,000 miles. My car was just under 155,000 miles when I brought it in for service at Findlay on 10/01/24. I appreciate Randy's immediate concern and support virtually and am thankful to the company for honoring a refund and recognizing the oversight. Thank you.

My concern was the time I spent at the dealership - 5 hours - waiting for the installation of 4 new Michelin tires, which I had preordered two weeks earlier. I don’t know the reasons for the delay, but it was a disappointment to me. I believe the dealership can do better.

I have already submitted some constructive criticism with two specific instances as to why I was disappointed. I would also like to extend some positive feedback that once again the entire team that encountered at Finley was upbeat, attentive, good listeners, friendly, courteous, and once my vehicle finally did get worked on, service was pretty quick.
Even one of the sales staff came over and was very friendly, as was the cashier, and I appreciated Randy taking the time to talk with me about options for my vehicle. Halle as always was very polite and friendly as well.
